Thread necromancy!

I've just given up on Catch-22 for the second time. The characters are so unlikeable, and their actions so random, that I can't bring myself to give so much as half a damn whether they live or die.

It feels like a really bad episode of M*A*S*H.

I only gave up on it once*. :)
But once I got through it, I was glad I read it. I think the trick is to try to read as much of it as you can in one sitting...

* for comparison, I gave up half-way through the intro of the Fellowship of the Ring twice.

Anyways, except for the last 4 or 5 Xanth books and an actual paper copy of "Pornocoupia", I have everything Anthony's ever written (and had published).

I am so jelous. I'm a huge fan. What do you mean by "actualy paper copy"? Do you perhaps have an imaginary copy? I wish I had an imaginary copy, along with the sequal (The Magic Fart is such a great name for a book, especialy that kind of book).

Yeah, I've got an electronic text somewhere. Never heard of a sequel to it though.
