I hope its an updated design, because that thing either has 5 corners, or the 5th plant is just suck to the end of one of the sides. At first, I thought it had four corners and looked like a slab of concrete, but I think it's a pentagon shape.

12/21/07 strip, last panel. Word balloon tails appear to be pointing to wrong silhouettes: Kevyn (floating epaulets) is commenting about the 'new bulkhead', while Pi (hair, no epaulets) is referring to 'my lab' saying he needs to start medicating again (in a way that suggests Tagon would be the recipient of the medication).

...although it would be rather interesting if it really was Pi saying that... :D

I'm pretty sure that it *is* Pi saying that. Though I admit, he seems oddly lucid, and less I'm-completely-nuts.

Anti-DdoS Protection...

I just realized how much i need protection from protection from denial of service attacks. It would just be horrible if I were protected from an attack!

This sort of spam doesn't belong here. This category is labeled "copy-editing only".

I shouldn't be posting here either, I know, but I want to make sure no one falls for this. The whole thing reeks of scam. My guess is it's a Ponzi scheme. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ponzi_scheme It's offering pretty good returns and not explaining very well how those returns are acquired.

In 2001-04-15, the second panel in the bottom row has the border of Tagon's second speech bubble cut off on the bottom.

3 July 2003 - Tagon introduces the character as "PiEbald", while every other reference in the strip refers to him as "Pibald"

* In schlock20040314a.jpg, "Yeah, well your fat lip matches your fat FACE" is technically missing a period and a comma, although I'm not sure it's not intentional.
* Other missing periods include the second panel of http://www.schlockmercenary.com/d/20070622.html.
* I hope the print version of http://www.schlockmercenary.com/d/20040707.html has some footnote to the effect of "Yes, I know Eskimos don't actually have 40 words for snow".
* http://www.schlockmercenary.com/comics/schlock20050807b.jpg: Shouldn't it be "an Ystreben judge"?

In this comic:

The area between Bunni's body and right arm isn't colored.

Theo's right hand isn't colored in the first panel.

Theo's turtleneck disappeared when he got punched.

Transcript for Monday, December 8, 2003
Tagon: Ennesby, I may not knwo a whole lot about physics, but I do knwo that regular matter and dark matter don't interact.
Tagon: Anything that doesn't interact with regular matter can't possibly be attacking us.
Ennesby: Hmmm... You're right.
Ennesby: You don't knwo a whole lot about physics.

On the upside, the transcript is consistent about the spelling.

edit: ... The forum is correcting the spelling error in the transcript. Know is being spelled k n w o in the transcript (all three times it pops up). For that matter, when I try to edit this post its still spelled that way too, but not when I look at the actual post.
edit 2: As it turns out, if you quote a post where it was spelled wrong and corrected automatically, it quotes the correction, but if you edit that post its still correctly misspelled (appropriately misspelled?). I wodner fi ti wroks wthi othre wrods?
edit 3: Ok, now I'm really curious what is included in the dictionary the forum seems to use to make the corrections (and, I suppose, also exactly how its used (is the dictionary just a list of common misspellings and the correct words or is it a list of correct words and then it tries to guess the correct word? I'm guessing the first based on the sentence in edit 2)).

Code:
Huh. Even in code tags, knwo is corrected

That "feature" must be preventing some software snippets from compiling somewhere on the net.

Edit:
Hey looks like knwo was removed from the list.

On that same page, why is there a:
"Serial Peacemaker:"
tacked on the end?

It's a search tag. SP appears in the strip, therefore SP appears in the transcript, even though it doesn't say anything.

Isn't "Shirt Guy Tom Week" a reference to Sluggy Freelance?

There's a broken image link under the main strip. Near as I can tell, they have identical filenames, except the 404 file not found one has extension .png, instead of .jpg. Extra strip gone missing, or copy of the strip not uploaded, and page mistakenly linking anyways?

Oooohhhhh! I had assumed that it was a misspelled reference to Megatokyo's Shirt Guy Dom, as I've never read Sluggy Freelance, and hadn't heard of Shirt Guy Tom. Thanx for the heads up.

In the first panel of http://www.schlockmercenary.com/d/20070921.html, the speech bubble relating to Dr Bunnigus has two tails, neither of which are properly connected to the bubble. (That is, there is a line cutting each of the tails off from the speech bubble).

March 7 2008, First panel, shipyard-bot, lines 5 and 6:

"we would not not go
anywhere near them."

I think you wanted only a single "not".

The transcript differs from the comic text

Quote:
Narrator: The process takes just over six seconds, and would sound like an aluminum baseball bat if there were any atmosphere to carry the sound.

This one is really urgent as you can see
