I was going to point out that they were technically all apes, but then I saw Legs in the shot, so I guess it's good. I still wonder if there was a particular leadership or psychology reason to call them "them" rather than "us", though.

His classification, of "Tagon" and "Tagon's Toughs" as strictly disjoint groups. I haven't read the comic enough times to be able to point to strips supporting that expectation, though, so it was probably baseless.
