It was introduced at the very end of the Massively Parallel story arc. This is the first time we're seeing it when there's the potential for action, though.

Yup, that's one cool suit - and I've been waiting to see it in action for quite some time. :D
The shouldercannons are somewhat reminiscent of Major Murtaugh's. I kind of hope we'll see the two in battle sometime, preferably on the same side.
