First it's Thanksgiving dinner, then it's Christmas dinner or the Hannukah feast. (Or possibly both!)
Ugh! Too much food!
So here's a simple post-holiday exercise program to help get that weight off.
Take two 5 pound potato sacks and start with five reps each of holding them at arms length straight out in front of you, then five reps at arms lenght straight out to the sides.
Work up to twenty reps each, then switch to 15 pound sacks and repeat.
Once you've worked your way through 25, 50, 75 and 100 pound potato sacks, try adding a potato to each sack.
