Post subject:  Post holiday exercises.

First it's Thanksgiving dinner, then it's Christmas dinner or the Hannukah feast. (Or possibly both!)

Ugh! Too much food!

So here's a simple post-holiday exercise program to help get that weight off.

Take two 5 pound potato sacks and start with five reps each of holding them at arms length straight out in front of you, then five reps at arms lenght straight out to the sides.

Work up to twenty reps each, then switch to 15 pound sacks and repeat.

Once you've worked your way through 25, 50, 75 and 100 pound potato sacks, try adding a potato to each sack.

Post subject:  Alternative...

For some people, there are alternatives to working off such weight. And it comes so naturally too!
    There's signing all the checks to pay off the credit card bills.
    There's sweating away the pounds wondering where you'll get the money to pay said checks.
    You can try drinking yourself thinner! After all, New Year's is just a bit away ^^
I'm sure you can think of other options on your own!
