Name: Er... I Want a Vhost?
Description: Just requires PHP. No other dependencies.
News is added to <div>s on the front page, and jQuery rotates through the divs. (In theory, this can be modified to pull in content from text files server side. If you want it.)
Uses Google Web Fonts for additional prettiness - h1-3, footer text and other stuff is easily swappable to different fonts.
Header's a placeholder till someone finds the actual Nightstar logo that doesn't have the nasty starry background and galaxy-esque purple stuff, but you can keep the existing one if you want.

Description: No dark themes? got it. Stars are bright anyways. I forgo-ed making anything flashy for the sake of ease of customization and went with a standard minimalistic style. In the first picture, the page body is divided into 3 columns, but it can be changed to two or one, however you wish. It's fairly modular. The logo can be changed as well, I made one from scratch for simplicity's sake. Most fonts in the page are Arial because it's the standard-est font I know, nothing that can't easily be altered.

I can only provide a jpg at the moment, but perhaps later i'll get a working HTML mock up.
