Judging from that tiny little article, I'd say it's just plain old biodiesel.

Jet fuel is basically diesel. They're similar enough that, in a pinch, you can run an engine designed for one of the fuels on the other (depending on the engine of course).

The M1 series of tanks runs on turbine engines (basically a jet engine mounted vertically in the chassis) and they burn standard diesel fuel.

Truckloads and truckloads of it.

And when you fuel it with biodiesel the exhaust smells like delicious French fries. And when you are hungry it really, really, sucks!
