I don't claim texas as my state, I just happen to live here. I'm not in charge of the local government, and I do not decide who lives or dies. I can, however, give my opinion. And as far as insanity goes...what constitutes insanity? The fact that someone committed a murder, or the fact that they commit such a murder that the only way to explain why is that they're insane?

I didn't say 'Texas'. I said 'state' by which I mean the social enviroment that you are responsible in.
I wasn't discussing insanity. I tend to agree with you that insanity isn't an excuse. Nor should it be a mechanism to avoid prosecution.
