In the universe there are many energy fields which we cannot normally perceive. Some energies have a spiritual source which act upon a person's soul. However, this "soul" does not exist ab initio as orthodox Christianity teaches; it has to be brought into existence by a process of guided self-observation. However, this is rarely achieved owing to man's unique ability to be distracted from spiritual matters by everyday trivia.

That, and people aren't wearing enough hats.

So what you're saying is, people don't develop souls because they become distracted...

Has that building ever been there before?

The meaning of life is to go through a futile maze with an imaginary meaning of cheese wedged at the end, only to see that the one who put it there is moving it away from you. And as you realize that you yourself put it there, the same entropy that began the cycle that created you tears you apart!

The meaning of life? Entirely up to us, because "meaning" is a human concept. The physical universe doesn't bother with "meanings".

Oh! Essential truth. Well, done Pi. I like it.
To care is to give meaning. To search for meaning is to care.

It's good to examin other sources and philosaphers to answer this question. Nhilism, or the lack of meaning life is a perfectly valid argument, but what is Nhilism if the concept of "Concepts" doesnt exist. For example, in the works of Spelling, a predominant concept is the distinction between within and without. Therefore, in Melrose Place, Spelling examines postconceptualist nihilism; in Robin's Hoods he reiterates the semanticist paradigm of context. The premise of postconceptualist nihilism suggests that reality may be used to exploit minorities.

I'd also like to note that dictionaries should not be considered to be reliable authorities. The definitions in a dictionary are created by polling people. Majority rule is a lousy way to run any academic subject.

Pretty much the only way to run a language.

The universe is particles and the great spirit. All particles are perception that we sense, because all matter(particles) is made of molecules, molecules are atoms, atoms are electrons and photons, and these are made of quarks, and quarks are so minute that they are not matter at all but little fuss-balls of energy. We only think we see matter; its like looking at television and think that we see pictures but really that picture is made up of a bunch of little dots. And there is lots and lots of space between all “particles”. So we are mostly space with particles in it. This particles conduct electron exchanges. This exchange of electrons occurs in the synapse of the brain also. And now a thought is born. This thought creates an ego(mind) for the particles. And this particles are now egotistical. Egotistically most humans think that they are tribes, and that they are special to God, the ego creates god and/or gods to suit itself. We are not particles with a mind . Without our true selves(spirit) in this mass(the human body); this mass would cease all functions. The corpse will decompose; the mind will dissappear; we will continue. We are that Great Spirit.
