I'm moving out of the dorm for the summer and had to clear out my fridge to move it into storage, so I've had lots of stuff to eat over the past hour.

Had a jar of kimchi and some dried pork jerky strips so far. Currently I'm clearing out my huge supply of Echte Salzburger Mozartkugeln chocolate balls. Mmm!

For dinner- something that for future reference I'm going to call a "bull in a blanket." Ground beef, with various seasonings and additions, rolled in buisquick dough. Basically like a jelly roll, but with beef. Quite good.

Fried eggs, sausage patties, hash browns and toast, all washed down with hot coffee. Breakfast for dinner - gotta love it. :)

A lamb kebab with the lot from Plaka's on James St. First kebab joint in Perth.

(That was to dilute the five or six beers (inc Heineken, Beck's, Coopers, Belguim White), two Absolut vodkas with chilli and basil, and one black sambuca on ice at Max's 25th birthday at The deen beforehand.)

Now I've just had breakfast. I considered going to Macca's down the street because I didn't have much unfrozen milk in the house, but I made do. Two Weetbix with less than half a cup of hilo milk. I think I'll still go to Macca's, but only for some coffee.

What sauce do you favour? Also for a little variation try Romano or Pecorino cheese instead. I like Romano best.

Nachos grande, basically your nacho kit plus more cheese, onion and seasoned ground beef. Yum.
