No, not an emulator _for_ the SEGA Dreamcast, an emulator _of_ it.
It's compatable with a large number of commercial games, but given the Dreamcast's proprietary GD-ROM discs, you have to *ahem* "find" the games in an image format to mount in a virtual CD-ROM drive. You also need a Dreamcast BIOS image and a PC with an Athlon XP or Pentium 4. Chankast makes extensive use of SSE commands in those CPUs. It'll run on Windows 2000 with the Adaptech ASPI layer drivers installed, or Windows XP. Currently XP is the preferred platform for it.
If you have a real Dreamcast, there are dozens of emulators to run on it so you can play old arcade and console games or with the Dreamcast mouse and Keyboard (or a PS/2 to DC adaptor and ordinary PC mouse and keyboard) you can emulate several different "classic" computers.
