I seem to remember mention of a rule being given without actually being numbered, any ideas?

I don't think it's a rule---it implies clients, and pirates are notorious for leaving nobody happy. You're supposed to at least give lip service to making clients happy.

This is my sig, because it just looks weird not to have one. That said, don't expect any grand enlightenment or side-splitting humor out of it. In fact, I reccommend that you stop reading this sig approximately three sentences ago. Seriously, nothing to see here.

What I want to know is exactly how she could file it that quickly. Does she only remember the two worst things, and this wasn't that bad, or does she keep a "Top Ten Worst Things I've Ever Heard Tagon Say" list in her head, to update on a moment's notice?

Wow, I suppose he really cleans up his act when she's around; it seems like we hear stuff that mercenary out of him on a weekly basis.

Not the "third worst" -- the "third most horrible". I think Breya measures "horribleness" in moral/ethical terms, unlike "badness" which can just be ordinary coarseness, obscenity, etc.

And I'm guessing that at least one of the first two was during the recent story, e.g., somewhere around here. Nothing comes to mind for the other -- it could be something else that's happened in the Outjack system, or something from back during the Buuthandi battle or when she was still with the Toughs. I'm pretty sure there's something from back then that's horribler than anything recent, but the recent stuff would be fresher in her mind.

My hunch is that there's one thing from back during their earlier association that so burned itself into her mind that it stands out as the "most horrible" (though I don't know what it would be). Then #2 is recent and #3 is right now.
