Miracle of Science (sci-fi with some original ideas)
Absurd Notions (realistic comic. Doesn't update often, but pretty good)
Mindmistress (superhero comic, retro style)
Ozy and Millie (fun and cute, despite tons of politics)
PvP (gaming strip)
Sluggy Freelance (can't be explained. Must be seen with your own eyes)
Fans (One of the best comics out there, but it's on Graphic Smash, meaning most of the archives can't be read without paying subscription. Worth every cent, though)
Saga of the Ram (superhero comic. Graphic Smash)
Nukees (comic about nuclear engineering students. What's not to like?)
Schlock Mercenary (Military Science Fiction)
Bruno the Bandit (sorta-fantasy. Absolutely hilarious)
CRFH (among the best and weirdest)
GPF (Geek humour, but can be enjoyed even without understanding the technical jokes)
Gaming Guardians (superheros meet RPGs)
It's Walky (one of the few that can compete with Fans or CRFH for best comic)
Aside from that...Kevin and Kell. Planet Earth and Other Tourist Traps. Faux Pas. No Need for Bushido. Under the Lemon Tree. Nip and Tuck. Tale of the Questor. User Friendly. I Drew This. As If. Penny and Aggie. Killroy and Tina. The Guardians. Aces High. Ascent. Digger. Rip & Teri. Sinfest. Sore Thumbs. Alice. Antihero for Hire. Clan of the Cats. Funny Farm. Gene Catlow. Help Desk. Melonpool.

I'm not going to list them all but here are some that I really think people should read:

ItsWalky!(of course)
VG Cats (funniest gaming comic ever)
Alpha Shade(really well drawn, good story so far, still in its introduction with 70 pages.)
Real Life (extreemly funny)

I read a few more than that but thow are the ones I'm pimpin right now.

I'm down to about 3 from my high point of 86 regular comics. Not including KS-Roulette of course.

Let's see...

8-Bit Theatre
One of two great sprite comics on the internet, it revolves around the plot of FFI. Since that's non-existent, they just make jokes.

Count Your Sheep
One of the few webcomics which needs no introduction, this is funny as heck.

Dominic Deegan: Oracle For Hire
Lot of puns in a vivid fantasy world. This rocks.

The prequel to CuteWendy, this updates sprodically but is still good

Its Walky
The comic that got me into webcomicry. Ending...tomorrow

Mac Hall
Another sprodically updating comic, but good art and jokes.

Masters of The Art
A good newcomer to the scene, with some funny setpieces.

Modest Destiny
The other good sprite comic. Or "Pixel Art". Still good despite the "PA" thing, whatever that was.

Real Life Comics
The title is about as apt as Trojan Condoms. Leave any sense of continunity behind, but keep your sense of humour - you'll need it.

Good art and jokes, although the political angle is lost on me.

Wapsi Square
There are two good reasons to read this comic. The jokes, and the cool art.
Whatta think I meant?

Angels 2200
Five girls on a spaceship with nobody for company but a robotic gigolo? Sounds good to me...

Apple Geeks
Good art and jokes, plus excellent colouring.

El Goonish Shive
More surreal than a Jason Pollack painting, this thing rocks.

THE webcomic. Although the story is a bit disjointed, the art rocks the pants off nearly everyone else.

Sore Thumbs
Political jokes aside, this is a good comic.

RPG World
Like Final Fantasy? You'll love this.

Starcross'D Destiny
Exposition and excellent art make this a comic not for the Penny Arcade fan. But everyone else will enjoy it.

Transgendered girl fights evil with a giant hammer. Don't ask.

PVP Online: The daddy, along with...

Penny Arcade: The other daddy.

Nothing Nice To Say: Now sadly defunct, and my starting point.

Movie Punks: See above.

Schlock Mercenary: The bastard love-child of George Lucas, William Shatner and (Blackadder era) Richard Curtis.

Megatokyo: This got me into trouble with my boss over the summer.

Digital War: Needs more updates. Please!

The ones I read that have already been mentioned here, in no particular order:
Schlock Mercenary
The Chopping Block
Real Life
PVP Online
Mac Hall Comics
Penny Arcade!
Sluggy Freelance
something positive
VG Cats

The other ones:
Men In Hats: Brilliant non-sequitur humor!
PartiallyClips: Clip-art at its finest. Besides being extremely funny, it's also one the most intellectual comics out there.
Red Meat: Dark... bizarre... twisted... and funny. :)
Checkerboard Nightmare: webcomic meta-humor!
Angst Technology: A gaming comic, but one that stands out in the crowd.
