Chikitsaka is worried about exactly the right thing - the possibility of a deliberate intrusion and subornment.

I'm starting to think they might have a chance.

She also combines "Doctor" with "Mad Scientist" in one package. If they didn't have one of each already, the Toughs should really offer her a job.

I would say you can never have too many mad scientists... but that would be wrong.
